I have no idea on how to explain this but you lift your eyebrow up like this ^ - , then try to form an arch from the centre of your brow bone ending at the outer part of your eye LOLOL Hope that helped or made some kind of sense. Everybody’s brows are diff but that’s how I do mine haha
